- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Affordable Residential has been an answer to prayer! We contacted MJ for an estimate for drywall repairs in three rooms. The estimate was thorough and complete. The cost was so reasonable that I could not consider any other estimate. The work MJ and his crew performed was so professional and complete that the repairs are completely undetectable from the intact spaces in the rooms. Affordable Residential also intalled a new tub, surround and toilet. We could not be more pleased with the results. If you are in need of any home repairs, remodeling or construction, you need to look nowhere else. I recommend Affordable Residential without reservation and will continue to use their services in the future. They are honest, trustworthy, and dependable. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Hired this company to replace my broken 8 foot sliding door. Their price out beat all the competitors. The door was installed and looks great. Today I hired them to replace 2 bathroom exhaust fans and I am very happy with the work. This company has very competitive pricing and MJ is great to work with.
